My baby is such a BIG boy...how'd that happen?

I can't believe it has been 18 months ago my baby was new & tiny, now here he is such a BIG boy. So now that he is growing so fast we decided that we will update everyone with pictures every 6 months. So here are a few tidbits. My wonderful photographer or I should say my wonderful sister & I took Bryson to get his 18 month pictures done at Wheeler Farm. I highly recommend this place for a good day of fun, and cute pictures!

Bryson got to have his first pony ride and if you have kids under 2 they will give you a free duck food bag to feed the ducks, and so he got one and feed them for free. They found a garden snake he got to see and he even seen them making thread from wool. Everyone was so nice and we went and all around the farm and seen the animals and got to climb in the tree houses and it was an all around FUN day!

Scott is going to be going to the Art Institute in October and I finally got a job. I work at Ross and I don't really like it, but it will work for now. I think things are finally getting better and we are all doing good.

I hope you like the pictures. Hopefully soon we will have Burrahm family photos....The BIG family and our little small one also. We are working on getting these done.

Vroom VROOM......Bryson Gets A Toddler Bed.

Vroom....Vroom.
Anyone who knows my Baby knows....He is a Car fan. So while searching the wonderful KSL Ad's I found him the perfect Toddler Bed Frame and matching bedding. My Father decided that he would help out our small family and buy this for Bryson. So know Bryson has his BIG BOY BED. When we brought it in the house vroom vroom was all he keep saying after he seen the wheels. We couldn't help but laugh.

We set up the bed and well as you can tell from his pictures he is loving it, he kept saying vroom vroom and climbing on and off the bed. We set it up and he couldn't contain the smiles. If you can tell he has defiantly found the same EXACT cheesy smile Scott gets when you ask him to take a picture. If you can't tell...He loves it!

Bryson is going to be 18 months (1 & 1/2) on the 20Th of this month. We are so excited to see him with fireworks this year. He hated the loud ones last year, but lately everything is WOW so it will be interesting to see him with Fireworks over the weekend. I think I am more excited then anyone.

Scott & I are struggling, I have yet to find a job but still continue searching and hopefully soon I will have one. After I am employed I will feel so much better. We will be so much better off. But things are a little difficult now. We wanted to share Bryson's fun new bed and tell you all we love you and that our family is still doing good.

Where to Start?

So where to start is a great question. I haven't posted in soooo long. So I guess I will start with the pictures. Bryson loves outside time....I mean he LOVES it! We have gone to the park to play and run and he loves it however there is one thing my son HATES and is Terrified of.....I am blaming this on Daddy, But it is Seagulls! We went to Sugar house park and took some subway sandwiches for lunch. Bryson was sitting in his seat and we were eating and Scott threw some food to a seagull and you know how they are...where there is one there is a million more. So they surrounded us and were squawking for food and Bryson, covered in Cheetos freaked out and so you see the picture with the look of terror and tears? that was when the seagulls came to visit.

And I love the pictures in his new ball pit. I got this from a friend I use to work with, It is just an inflatable pit and it came with a bag and is portable so, if your child needs some new excitement we can let you take it and trade off because Bryson loves this. He hasn't been playing in it so much now, but he wouldn't get out of it for a long time. If you want to use this for a while we can pass it around it is really a FUN toy and entertains the little ones for hours. So let me know if you want to use it. It will give you some extra time for you as they roll around in the balls. Lots of fun for the babies.

Scott is still working hard and I am wondering if there is work out there at all. I keep applying places and I try to remain hopeful but it has been almost a year and I am having a hard time knowing where to look anymore. But I know this will soon pass and things will get better...I pray it will and I know it is just a matter of time. It just feels like an eternity.

So our family is good Bryson is such a character I love watching him do daily things and how he looks at things I can't believe how fast they learn and grow. God is truly amazing!!

Here Comes SpRiNg!

Here comes the FUN times, I haven't posted for a while so here's the updates. Bryson's growing like a weed. He is walking everywhere and starting to say much more then he usually does. He is really latching on to his dada these days, maybe he feels the spring fever and wants daddy to play ball outside....because he is breaking everything inside!!! Scott is still working for Vector Arms and loves his job, it is hard that he is always at work, but he works hard for us and we love him for it. I am still looking for work, went to a job fair and there was only 9 companies there...so not to good. So we are getting by. We have had some fun getting out these days and can't wait for the warm weather so we can go out and PLAY!!! Soon the Easter Bunny will be here and we are so prepared. Can't wait to color eggs and eat chocolate bunnies, because you just don't eat the real ones.....unless you live in the backwoods and like STEW....not for us.

Grandpa Dave bought Bryson the Princess and the Frog and we watched it and it was way cute, However if I were little I think the Shadow creatures would scare me .....ALOT...... but it was a cute fun movie. He bought me New Moon and I am excited to watch it again and Scott is not so excited to see it at all......but he loves me so he will suffer through it. Bryson got his first haircut and now...he is officially a BIG BOY.....tear tear sniff sniff...... Where does the time go?

BrYsOn turns OnE!!!!

Bryson turned one on January 20th and to celebrate we had a party on Sunday the 24th!! We actually had 2 family parties. My dad's Birthday is on the 20th so we combined Bryson's with my dad's, then we had a party at Grandma & Grandpa Burrahms. Bryson got lots of great stuff, Thank You to everyone for making his day so special. He got a huge toy truck that he just loves to push around and he tries to make the toy car sounds, but it sounds more like a grunt then anything else. He got his own cake and as you can see made a pretty big mess destroying it!! It was a fun time. I can't believe how big all the babies are getting. Time goes by fast. Bryson is taking a few steps now and should be walking in NO time. He can take 7 or 8 steps before falling he just gets so excited and tries to get there fast and falls, but he'll get there. Thanks again for all the presents and fun and just being there.

Lots of LOVE to you all.

Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas to All....& A Happy New Year.

Bryson loved all his gifts and it was a fun experience being a parent for the first time this Christmas. It was wonderful to be with friends and family. There is something about being a parent and watching the joy and wonder on a baby's face on their first Christmas that makes the season all the more fun!

New Years Eve came and we spent the evening with Mom & Dad Burrahm. We watched the new Star Trek and had pizza. We left before 12:00 because Bryson wasn't cooperating, but it was a fun time. We then made it home to watch the Ball fall with Dick Clark. It is so exciting starting a New Year, hopefully things will be working out better for our family soon. Bryson's First Birthday is sneaking up soon. I can't believe my baby is gonna be one. It is amazing to me how time flies and yet it seems to drag on sometimes as well. This year has had both scenarios for me. I've never been so tired and I have never been so excited in all my life as I have been as a first time Mother. I find myself with a lot more worries. If I am doing things right, If I am doing all I can. But I pray that I am and that I am being watched over and guided by loved ones.

I hope you are all as excited for the new start, or new year as I am.....so all there is left to say is "WELCOME NEW YEAR'S 2010, I AM READY FOR YOU!"
